Anantmool is an Ayurvedic herb mainly used for blood purification, skin problems, digestion, and cooling the body. It is usually used as root powder, decoction, or herbal tea. 🌿
1️⃣ Anantmool Powder (most common method)
How to use:
- Take ½–1 teaspoon powder
- Mix with warm water or milk
- Drink once or twice daily
Benefits:
- Helps in skin diseases (acne, eczema)
- Purifies blood
- Improves digestion
2️⃣ Anantmool Root Decoction
If you have the dried root pieces:
Steps
- Take 1 teaspoon crushed root
- Boil in 1 cup water
- Boil until water reduces to half
- Strain and drink
Dose:
Drink once daily on an empty stomach.
3️⃣ Anantmool Herbal Tea
- Add ½ tsp powder to hot water
- Steep 5–10 minutes
- Optional: add honey

4️⃣ For Skin Problems
You can also use it externally:
- Mix powder + rose water
- Apply as a face pack
- Leave 15 minutes, then wash
