Graptoveria Titubans Healthy Succulent Plant

Graptoveria ‘Titubans’ is not a cactus. It is a succulent (a hybrid between Graptopetalum and Echeveria). It’s easy to grow and produces beautiful blue-green rosettes that may turn pink at the edges in bright sunlight.

Light

• ✅ 4–6 hours of morning sunlight is ideal.
• Bright indirect light also works.
• In very hot Indian summers (above 38°C), provide afternoon shade to prevent sunburn.

Watering

• Water only when the soil is completely dry.
• During summer: every 7–10 days (depending on heat).
• During winter: every 15–25 days.
• Never let the pot sit in water.

Soil

Use a fast-draining succulent mix. A good homemade mix:

• 40% garden soil or cocopeat
• 30% river sand
• 30% perlite, pumice, or crushed brick

Good drainage is the most important factor.

Pot

• Terracotta pots are best because they dry faster.
• Ensure the pot has drainage holes.

Temperature

• Ideal: 15–30°C
• Can tolerate heat if kept dry and given airflow.
• Protect from frost and prolonged heavy rain.

Fertilizer

• Feed once every 2–3 months during spring and monsoon with a diluted succulent fertilizer or balanced NPK (such as 19-19-19 at ¼ strength).
• Avoid over-fertilizing.
