Organic Kuchla/Kupilu/Mushini/Kanjiram Whole Dried Seeds

Kuchla (Strychnos nux-vomica) beej (often called Nux Vomica seed) is used in Ayurveda,

1️⃣ Purification first (Shodhana)

In Ayurveda the seeds are detoxified before use.

Common traditional methods:

• Seeds are soaked in cow urine or milk for several days
• Then boiled in milk
• Outer hard shell is removed
• Seed is dried and powdered

This purification process reduces toxicity.

2️⃣ Common Ayurvedic Uses

After purification, very small doses of kuchla are used for:

• Nerve weakness
• Paralysis
• Joint pain
• Digestive weakness
• Male  weakness
• Chronic constipation

It is also an ingredient in medicines like:

• Vishatinduka Vati
• Agnitundi Vati

3️⃣ Typical dosage

After purification:

• 30–125 mg powder
• Usually mixed with honey or ghee
• Taken once or twice daily
