Kaunch Beej (also called velvet bean) is an Ayurvedic seed commonly used to improve strength, nerve health, and male reproductive health.
How to Use Kaunch Beej
1️⃣ Powder (most common method)
- Remove the outer hairs/skin of the seeds and grind them into powder.
- Take ½ to 1 teaspoon (about 2–5 g).
- Mix with warm milk or honey and consume once or twice daily. 🥛
2️⃣ With Milk (traditional tonic)
- 1 teaspoon kaunch beej powder
- 1 glass warm milk
- Add a little honey or sugar candy (mishri)
- Drink at night before sleeping.
