Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia), also called Guduchi or Amrita, is a highly valued herb in Ayurveda.
🌱 How to Use Giloy Stem
1. Giloy Stem Juice
- Take fresh stems, wash, peel slightly, and crush.
- Boil in water for 15–20 minutes.
- Strain and drink 20–30 ml on an empty stomach.
2. Giloy Stem Decoction (Kadha)
- Cut 2–3 inches of stem into pieces.
- Boil in 2 cups of water until reduced to half.
- Drink warm, once daily.
3. Giloy Stem Powder
- Dried stem can be powdered.
- Take ½–1 teaspoon with warm water or honey, once/twice daily.
