Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of your product(s).
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product(s) you received were damaged or defective, please ensure you have a clear unboxing video showing the issue to qualify for a refund.For plants and leaves,we should not able to return or refund upto plants full damaged or dired.
