🌼 1. Daily Dosage
- General wellness: ½ to 1 teaspoon (≈3–5 grams) per day.
- Women’s reproductive health: 1 teaspoon twice daily (as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner).
- Men’s vitality & stamina: ½ teaspoon twice daily.
☕ 2. Ways to Take Shatavari Powder
You can use it in several traditional ways:
A. With Warm Milk (most common)
- Mix 1 teaspoon Shatavari powder in 1 glass of warm milk.
- Add a little honey or jaggery for taste.
- Take once or twice daily, preferably in the morning or before bed.
B. With Warm Water
- Mix ½–1 teaspoon in a glass of warm water.
- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
C. With Ghee or Honey (Lehyam style)
- Mix ½ teaspoon Shatavari powder with ½ teaspoon ghee or honey.
- Take before meals, once or twice a day.
D. Smoothie or Herbal Drink
- Add to smoothies, almond milk, or herbal tea.
- Combine with herbs like ashwagandha, amla, or turmeric for extra benefits.
