🌿 1. About the Plant

• Botanical name: Spathiphyllum wallisii
• Common names: Peace Lily, White Sails, Cobra Plant
• Type: Tropical indoor flowering plant
• Origin: Central & South America
• Height: 1–3 feet tall
• Feature: Glossy leaves + white spathe flowers

🌞 2. Light Requirements

• Grows best in bright, indirect light.
• Can tolerate low light, but will flower less.
• Avoid harsh, direct sunlight — it burns leaves.
  ✅ Best spot: Near an east or north-facing window.

💡 Tip: If leaves droop or turn pale, it’s getting too little light.

🌾 3. Soil

• Prefers loose, well-draining, fertile soil.
• Ideal mix for pots:
  👉 1 part garden soil + 1 part coco peat + 1 part compost + a little sand or perlite.
• Keep soil slightly moist, never soggy.

💧 4. Watering

• Peace Lilies like moisture but not waterlogging.
• Water when the top inch of soil feels dry.
• In warm months: about 2–3 times a week.
• In winter: once a week is often enough.
