Black Anantmool (often called Krishna Anantmool) is an Ayurvedic herb mainly used for blood purification, skin problems, digestion, and cooling the body. It is usually used as root powder, decoction, or herbal tea. 🌿
1️⃣ Anantmool Powder (most common method)
How to use:
- Take ½–1 teaspoon powder
- Mix with warm water or milk
- Drink once or twice daily

2️⃣ Anantmool Root Decoction
If you have the dried root pieces:
Steps
- Take 1 teaspoon crushed root
- Boil in 1 cup water
- Boil until water reduces to half
- Strain and drink
Dose:
Drink once daily on an empty stomach.
3️⃣ Anantmool Herbal Tea
- Add ½ tsp powder to hot water
- Steep 5–10 minutes
- Optional: add honey
