Ingredients:

  • Fresh Bhringraj leaves (a handful)
  • Coconut oil or sesame oil (1 cup)

Method:

  1. Wash the leaves and let them dry slightly.
  2. Grind or crush them to make a coarse paste.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan on low flame.
  4. Add the crushed leaves and simmer for 5–10 minutes until the oil turns green.
