Ingredients:
- Fresh Bhringraj leaves (a handful)
- Coconut oil or sesame oil (1 cup)
Method:
- Wash the leaves and let them dry slightly.
- Grind or crush them to make a coarse paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan on low flame.
- Add the crushed leaves and simmer for 5–10 minutes until the oil turns green.
- Let it cool, strain, and store in a glass bottle.
How to use:
- Massage warm oil gently into your scalp 2–3 times a week.
