🍵 How to Make Dried Hibiscus Flower Tea
🫖 Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus petals (or 1 hibiscus tea bag)
- 2 cups water
- Optional: honey, jaggery, lemon juice, cinnamon stick, or mint leaves
👩🍳 Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the dried hibiscus petals.
- Simmer for 5–10 minutes (the water turns deep red).
- Strain the tea.
- Add honey or lemon juice to taste.
🧊 For iced tea: Let it cool, then chill and serve with ice and a slice of lemon or orange.
