🫖 How to prepare:
- Take about 5–7 fresh ivy gourd leaves (washed well).
- Boil in 2 cups of water for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and drink 1 cup while warm.
- You may add a small piece of ginger or a few tulsi (holy basil) leaves for flavor.

Purpose: provides nutrients (iron, calcium, fiber) and supports digestion.
🍳 How to use:
- Chop young, tender ivy gourd leaves.
- Sauté with onion, garlic, and spices like turmeric and cumin.
- You can also add them to dal (lentils), soups, or stir-fries like spinach or moringa leaves.
