How to Use Brahmi Leaves
1. Fresh Leaves
- Chew directly: 5–10 fresh leaves daily, especially in the morning.
- Juice: Blend fresh leaves with a little water and drink 1–2 teaspoons daily.
2. Brahmi Powder (Dry Leaves)
- Mix ½–1 teaspoon of brahmi powder in warm water, milk, or herbal tea.
- Can be taken once or twice daily.
3. Brahmi Tea
- Boil 1–2 teaspoons of fresh or dried leaves in 1 cup of water for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain and drink 1 cup daily to improve memory and calm the mind.
4. With Honey
- Mix brahmi paste with honey and take ½ teaspoon daily to boost cognitive functions and immunity.
5. Topical Use
