🍵 How to Use Bamboo Leaves
1. Bamboo Leaf Tea (Most Common)
- Take 5–6 fresh green bamboo leaves.
- Wash thoroughly.
- Boil in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
- Strain and drink warm.
2. Powder Form
- Dried bamboo leaves can be powdered.
- Take ½ teaspoon powder with warm water once daily.
3. Infusion with Honey/Lemon
- Bamboo leaf tea + lemon + honey → boosts immunity and weight management.
4. For Skin Care (External)
- Decoction (boiled water with leaves) can be cooled and used as a natural face wash.
- Helps acne, pimples, and skin irritation.
5. Hair Rinse
- Bamboo leaf decoction used as final rinse → strengthens hair roots and adds shine.
