- 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
- 4–5 dried butterfly pea flowers

- Boil water and let it cool for 1–2 minutes (don’t pour boiling water directly).
- Add the dried flowers to the hot water.
- Steep for 5–7 minutes until the water turns bright blue.

- Add honey or mint for flavor.
You can serve it hot or iced.
