1. Secure Payment Methods

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through secure and encrypted gateways. HerbLifeHub does not store or share your card or UPI details.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed:
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation of your order and payment.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (except public holidays).
- Live plants and fragile herbal items are packed carefully to ensure safe delivery.
3. Payment Status
- Successful Payment: You’ll get a confirmation email immediately.
- Pending Payment: Sometimes, UPI or banking delays may cause pending status. We’ll confirm once payment is received.
- Failed Payment: If money is deducted but order not confirmed, please contact us at goorganic@herblifehub.com — we’ll verify and help you within 24 hours.
4. Refunds and Payment Reversals
Refunds are processed only under specific conditions (such as damaged, missing, or wrong item delivered).
- Refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For UPI or wallet payments, refunds may appear faster depending on your bank.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available to maintain product quality and reduce logistics issues.
All orders must be prepaid online before dispatch.
