🫖 How to Make Dried Marigold (Calendula) Flower Tea
🌼 Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried marigold (calendula) petals
- 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
- (Optional) Honey or lemon for taste
☕ Method
- Boil water, then let it cool slightly (around 90°C / 195°F).
- Add the dried marigold petals to a cup or teapot.
- Pour the hot water over them.
- Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy warm.
You can also chill it for iced marigold tea — refreshing and soothing!

- Use cooled tea as a skin toner or face rinse.
- Add to bathwater for soothing irritated skin.
