Whole Green Kalmegh Leaves Nilavembu/Nelavemu/Chirata/Kirayata/Neelavembu

Green Kalmegh leaves (scientifically known as Andrographis paniculata) are a powerful herbal remedy widely used in traditional  in Ayurveda and Siddha systems.

How to Use Kalmegh Leaves

1. Fresh Leaf Juice

• Wash 10–15 fresh leaves thoroughly.
• Grind into a paste and extract juice.
• Consume 5–10 ml of juice once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
• Can mix with honey to reduce bitterness.

2. Kalmegh Tea

• Boil a few leaves in 1 cup of water for 5–10 minutes.
• Strain and drink 1–2 times a day.
• Good for immunity and digestion.

3. Dried Leaf Powder

• Dry the leaves in shade and grind into a fine powder.
• Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with warm water or honey daily.
