Peepli long (also known as long pepper, Piper longum) has been used in Ayurveda and traditional medicine for centuries. Its powdered form is quite potent, so it’s usually taken in small amounts.
🍵 How to Use Peepli Long Powder
⚠️ Always start with small amounts, as it is strong and heating in nature.
- For Digestion:
Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with warm water or honey after meals. - For Cold & Cough:
Take 1/4 teaspoon with honey, once or twice daily.
Can also be added to warm milk. - For Joint Pain (external):
Mix powder with warm oil (like sesame oil) and apply to affected joints. - As an Immunity Booster:
Combine with turmeric and ginger powder in warm milk or tea.
