🌞 Climate & Soil
- Temperature: 10–40°C, thrives in 25–35°C.
- Soil: Well-drained, fertile, rich in organic matter; slightly acidic to neutral (pH 6–7).
🌱 Propagation
- Method: Stem cuttings (most common), seeds are rare.
- Steps:
- Select healthy vine shoots 15–20 cm long with 4–6 nodes.
- Remove lower leaves, leaving 2–3 leaves at the tip.
- Treat cut end with rooting hormone (optional).
- Plant in nursery polybags or moist soil.
💧 Watering & Care
- Keep soil moist, but not waterlogged.
- Partial shade is ideal; avoid direct harsh sunlight.
- Provide trellis or pole support for climbing.
- Apply organic compost or vermicompost every 2–3 months.
